2025 In Review with Gratitude
After the Fire USA is powered by humanity, driven by compassion, and informed by experience.
In 2025, we were fully called up in the earliest days of the Los Angeles fires, where local leaders immediately activated survivor-to-survivor recovery alongside us. These sister fires asked a lot of our team and volunteers. We are honored to serve and delivered together.
At the same time, we stayed with Maui two+ years into recovery and intentionally integrated Maui leaders into Los Angeles to strengthen both communities.
We called. You came. We gathered at the Summit to learn and lean into community. You understood the assignment as we welcomed LA into the "Worst Club / Best People." We showed up over and over together.
This year we worked harder than any other because the need was so vast and constant. We know years like this are ahead. We will be there too.
This work is only possible because of our team, board, donors, volunteers, partners, and allies who bring the love, trust, and hard work it takes to do this work and do it well.
