About the Summit
After the Fire USA’s Wildfire Leadership Summit is the only annual gathering dedicated to a full 360-degree view of megafire, spanning prevention, preparedness, response, recovery, and long-term resilience. This invitation-only, three-day convening brings together wildfire-impacted communities, leaders, and partners from across the country to advance collective action and innovation.
This year’s theme, “When Crisis Hits, Community Leads: Building What Comes Next, Together,” centers on the power of local leadership and the collective action that shapes long-term recovery. Together, we’ll examine how communities move from immediate response to sustainable rebuilding, strengthen cross-sector partnerships, and ensure that survivors remain at the heart of recovery efforts.
This is not your average conference. It’s where wildfire-impacted communities come to learn from one another, strengthen relationships, and drive meaningful, community-rooted solutions.
Expert-Led Keynotes & Sessions
Hear from a powerful lineup of nationally recognized experts, community leaders, and innovators who are shaping the future of wildfire resilience, recovery, and preparedness.
Meaningful Networking in an Intimate Setting
This invitation-only summit is intentionally designed for depth, not scale. With a limited number of participants, every voice matters.
All Sessions Recorded and Shared
We believe that critical knowledge and insights should be accessible to everyone. That’s why every keynote and panel is professionally recorded and made available to the public after the event.
Wellness Built Into the Summit
We believe leadership is a marathon, not a sprint. That's why we've integrated evidence-informed wellness experiences throughout the summit to help you reset, recover, and return to your critical work refreshed.
The Reality Center
Step away from the pace of the conference and experience a guided nervous system reset.
The Reality Center, based in Santa Monica, will be at the summit offering immersive, evidence-based guided sensory wellness experiences—combining synchronized light, sound, and vibration with InTune, their voice-based biometric platform. These sessions are designed to help attendees reduce stress, sharpen focus, and recover throughout the event.
Volunteer Fire Foundation & Integrative Health Action Network
On-site clinic reducing toxic chemical exposure and improving firefighter health outcomes.
The Volunteer Fire Foundation (VFF) and Integrative Health Action Network (IHAN) will be at the summit offering their nationally recognized Firefighter Wellness Clinics—the same evidence-informed programs they've deployed across California and beyond to reduce toxic chemical levels and improve health outcomes in fire service.
