About this Meeting

After the Fire USA Zoom meeting with the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, to discuss concerns about cashflow during the rebuild, and factors that influence the timing and release of insurance funds from financial institutions at stages of the rebuild - either with construction loans or mortgage loans. Sonoma County representatives Alison Spitzer of Exchange bank (a Tubbs Fire survivor herself) and Mike Behler, North Coast Builders Exchange Board Pres. and commercial contractor, and Jeff Okrepkie, founder of Coffey Strong contributed to the session.
